Terms of Service

Last updated 25 September 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syncroze website at www.syncroze.com and the Syncroze integration platform (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Syncroze (“Syncroze”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Syncroze is the trading name of the sole proprietorship of Amit Jagdishbhai Sidhpura, based in Gujarat, India. “You” means the individual or organisation using the Service; where you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

You can reach us at any time at support@syncroze.com.

2. The Service

Syncroze is an integration hub. It connects the business systems you authorise — such as e-commerce storefronts, ERP, CRM and accounting systems — and keeps records such as products, orders, inventory and customers in sync between them according to the mappings and rules you configure.

We provide the Service on a subscription basis. Features, connectors and plan limits may change over time as the product develops; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at support@syncroze.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Connected systems and your data

To work, the Service needs credentials or API access to the third-party systems you choose to connect. You confirm that you are entitled to grant that access and to have the data in those systems processed by us on your behalf.

As between you and us, the data you or your connected systems send to the Service (“Your Data”) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, transmit and process Your Data solely to provide, secure and support the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The third-party systems you connect are operated by their own providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for those systems, for changes they make to their APIs, or for their availability.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to process data you have no right to process;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, overload or disrupt the Service, or circumvent plan limits or usage controls;
  • reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the Service to transmit malware or unsolicited bulk messages.

6. Fees, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes, on each renewal date until you cancel.

Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges applicable to your purchase.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or cancel your subscription if it remains unpaid. We may change our prices, but any change to your recurring fee will take effect only from your next billing period and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. You can do so from your account's billing settings, or by emailing support@syncroze.com from the address registered to the account.

Cancellation stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: your subscription is not renewed, and you keep access to the Service until that period ends. Cancelling part-way through a billing period does not shorten or refund that period.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your payments remain unpaid. Full details are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. Because cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, we do not issue refunds or pro-rata credits for unused time, for periods during which you did not use the Service, or for partial months or years.

We do make things right where the charge itself was wrong. We will refund a payment where it was a duplicate or a billing error on our side, where you were charged after a valid cancellation took effect, or where we were unable to make the paid Service available to you at all. We will also honour any refund right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.

To request a refund, email support@syncroze.com with your account details and the charge in question. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The full terms, including how long refunds take, are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9. Termination by us; effect of termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your account is used unlawfully, if required by law, or if fees remain unpaid after we have notified you. Where the circumstances allow, we will give you notice and an opportunity to put things right first.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends and running syncs stop. You may ask us to export Your Data within 30 days of termination; after that period we may delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and the Syncroze name and marks, belongs to us and our licensors. The SYNCROZE word mark is a trademark registered in India under no. 4761525 in class 42, owned by Amit Jagdishbhai Sidhpura. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription — no other rights are granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

11. Confidentiality

Each of us may receive information from the other that is marked confidential or is clearly confidential in nature. We each agree to use the other's confidential information only in connection with the Service, to protect it with reasonable care, and not to disclose it except to people who need it and are bound by similar obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data synchronisation will always be free of delay, particularly where a connected third-party system is slow, changes its API, or is unavailable.

You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of data held in your connected systems.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law, or from your lack of rights in Your Data or in the systems you connect.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or the law changes. The current version is always published at www.syncroze.com/terms-of-service, with the date it last changed shown at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice — by email or in the Service — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you may cancel as described in section 7.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Gujarat, India. Nothing in this section removes any protection or forum available to you under consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business.

18. Contact us
